<figure><img src="https://3309772875-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnikHUDUd2JXqkOsnOi7l%2Fuploads%2F7LqarmeOvppGXhvieMMp%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=9b412851-d35c-480f-bcf2-7817230621ae" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the camera connector is not connected properly.

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> unplug the camera connector and plug it again. Please make sure it's connected correctly.

* **Camera connector in the gimbal**: plug the camera to gimbal the connector that has "crack" sound from the connector.

&#x20;

* **Camera connector in Mainboard**: Ensure it is connected correctly as shown in the image below.

<figure><img src="https://3309772875-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnikHUDUd2JXqkOsnOi7l%2Fuploads%2F58aK6su1inpuxPUCoho2%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=f009dbcc-c97d-4948-8f22-9391d930a6eb" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **2. The Led Gimbal is solid green**&#x20;

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 1**</mark>: the UART connector is not connected properly

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 1**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> ensure it is connected correctly as shown in the graph below

<figure><img src="https://3309772875-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnikHUDUd2JXqkOsnOi7l%2Fuploads%2FXjDgF4rAHs0VlpvX7q7g%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=eba287b6-05fe-49f8-84d2-d7c734240bd8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 2**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the setting parameters is not correct

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 2**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> follow the document:

{% content-ref url="autopilot-setup" %}
[autopilot-setup](https://docs.gremsy.com/tiny-gimbal/g-hadron/autopilot-setup)
{% endcontent-ref %}

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 3**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the setting in GTune is not correct

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 3**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> connect and open GTune:

* SETTINGS -> CONTROLS -> MAVLINK -> BAUDRATE
  * COM2
  * VALUE **115200** baud
* SETTINGS -> CONTROLS -> MAVLINK -> MOUNTING
  * GIMBAL: GIMBAL\_COMPID
  * MOD: Default

### **3. The video streaming does not display on Herelink remote**

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 1**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the Video Streaming option and the HDMI socket on Herelink Air Unit is not consistent&#x20;

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 1**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> ensure Video Streaming option is consistent with HDMI socket on Herelink Air Unit

<figure><img src="https://3309772875-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnikHUDUd2JXqkOsnOi7l%2Fuploads%2Fycfa51HIm0MpcvrSz6P2%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=31211f69-91eb-4bd8-9612-37a073e80efe" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 2**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the HDMI connector on Mainboard is not connected properly

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 1**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> ensure HDMI cable is connected correctly to HOST socket (next to UART socket)

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 2**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> unplug HDMI cable and plug it again

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 3**</mark>: the QGC app can not receive the video streaming data

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> turn off the QGC app and re-open it again, wait for a minute

### **4. The SD Card is not available**

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason 1**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the Format SD Card is not correct properly

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 1**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> Open camera setting menu in QGC -> Photos storage: SD Card -> Format -> wait for formating that takes about 20s

<figure><img src="https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/gallery/2024-10/scaled-1680-/5sgimage.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution 2**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> Format using Ubuntu PC: follow the steps described below

* In Ubuntu PC -> open Disks -> SD Card

![](https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/drawio/2024-10/drawing-16-1729654332.png)

* Click **“3 points”** symbol -> Format Disk…

![](https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/drawio/2024-10/drawing-16-1729654359.png)

* Erase, Partitioning

![](https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/drawio/2024-10/drawing-16-1729654378.png)

* Create Partition: click **“+”** symbol

![](https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/drawio/2024-10/drawing-16-1729654398.png)

* Select format type is **EXT4**

![](https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/drawio/2024-10/drawing-16-1729654422.png)

* Create and wait for finishing&#x20;

<figure><img src="https://bookstack.gremsy.vn/uploads/images/drawio/2024-10/drawing-16-1729654444.png" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **5. Cannot access to the Web App**

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the Mainboard Ethernet IP is not correct&#x20;

&#x20;<mark style="color:green;">**Solution**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> Get the IP in the bottom left corner of video streaming

<figure><img src="https://3309772875-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FnikHUDUd2JXqkOsnOi7l%2Fuploads%2FHHBcrAOUbvGmdlhUHVpB%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=df90ceaa-1fad-4cb8-a3b0-070355a0c467" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **6. Cannot open the Camera Menu Setting on QGC**

<mark style="color:red;">**Reason**</mark><mark style="color:red;">:</mark> the first time the QGC app connects to the drone system, including the Mainboard, the remote needs internet access to download the Camera Menu Settings

<mark style="color:green;">**Solution**</mark><mark style="color:green;">:</mark> close the QGC app, connect the remote to the internet, and then reopen the QGC app.

### 7. Unable to Stream IR

One possible reason is that the protective film or sticker on the connection port between the camera and the gimbal has not been removed. This may block the signal and prevent the IR view from functioning properly.

Please check and ensure that any protective film has been removed and that the connection is clean and secure.
