# TroubleShooting

### **1. Payload Assistant app can not connect to the Payload**

* Please go to the Setting icon, then do right select your remote to "Herelink CubePilot"

* Select the correct remote type

* Re-open Payload Assistant app

**2. PayloadAssistant app can not control the Payload**

* Please re-open Payload Assistant app
