# Gimbal Balance

### 1. FRONT-BACK TILT AXIS BALANCE

• Loosen the Tilt Front-Back Thumb Screw, then gently adjust the camera backward/forward until it doesn’t swing and stay at any given position when released.

• Tighten the Tilt Front-Back Thumb screw.

### 2. UP-DOWN TILT AXIS BALANCE

• Loosen the thumbscrew of Tilt Vertical Adjustment, then rotate the camera to 90 degrees and slide front or back.

• When the proper vertical balance is achieved, the camera will stay level when you remove your hands.

• Tighten the Tilt thumbscrew after balancing.

### 3. ROLL/PAN AXIS BALANCE

There will be Roll or Pan axis balancing according to the operation mode.

1. **Roll-Tilt Operation Mode/Front Mount**

#### Roll Balace

• Loosen the thumbscrew of Roll Adjustment, then slide right or left.

• When the proper Roll balance is achieved, the camera will stay at horizontal level.

• Tighten the Roll thumbscrew after balancing.

2. **Pan-Tilt Operation Mode/Belly Mount**

#### Pan Balance

* Tilt the gimbal mounting plate/drone frame about 20 degrees
* Loosen the thumbscrew of Pan Adjustment, then slide right or left.
* When the proper Pan balance is achieved, the camera will stay at any direction ( drone tilt an angle)
* Tighten the Pan thumbscrew after balancing.
